APA - American Psychiatric Association
Our voice in the nation’s capital. We work with our elected representatives, federal agencies, and national groups like NAMI to achieve fair access to quality care for our patients, fair treatment for our profession, and to promote a healthy society.

CPA - California Psychiatric Association
Our voice in Sacramento. We protect our patients from unqualified practitioners and ensure fair reimbursement, proper management of mental health funding, proper regulation of mental health insurance, and proper care of psychiatric patients in state hospitals and correctional facilities.
