It does emphasize 38 printers authorized to provide secure prescription pads.
It also encourages pharmacists to consider
“ . . . in the exercise of his or her best professional judgment, . . . [whether] it is in the best interest of patient or public health or safety to fill a controlled substance prescription written on a security form that would have been compliant prior to January 1, 2019.”
