CSAP Sponsored Bill Passes Committee
CSAP-sponsored SB 1184 (Eggman) regarding Riese hearings cleared its first policy committee this week. Dr. Erick Cheung came to Sacramento to provide expert testimony. The bill passed out of the Senate Health Committee 11-0. The bill will now go to the Senate Judiciary Committee chaired by Senator Tom Umberg from Orange County.
