Applies to any member co-pay, deductible and coinsurance cost share for mental health telemedicine, telehealth or telephonic visits provided by in-network providers or telemedicine networks. This means the psychotherapy visit will be paid by Anthem at 100% of the contract rate. Applies across the board to most product types, not administrative service organization types, though.
